Questions about our clothes
How long are your tops?
Each product description has exact garment measurements for each size. We recommend measuring a top you own to better understand what length you need.
Will you have more styles in the future?
Yes! We want to create a wardrobe of longer-length clothing, from workout tops to workwear to date night dresses.
If you want to share something or have suggestions for us you can always reach us using the contact form.
Does your clothing need special care?
Wash in gentle cycle and cold water, hang dry.
Tumble dry on low is an option for most of our tops, but the fabric will wear out faster.
Questions about my order
What if my items don’t fit?
If the size is not right we'll exchange it for a different size or you can return it. We don’t want you keeping clothes you don’t love.
Also, our garments are designed for easy hemming so you can easily customize them as needed (only hem after washing), but remember that you can't return them if you hem.

How long will it take my order to arrive?
We ship in 1 to 3 business days (usually just 1) and tansit is usually 2-4 days, but it depends a lot on where we are shipping to.
The checkout form should give you a more accurate estimate.
How much does shipping cost?
Free! We offer free shipping in the US.
What is your return policy?
Items can be washed, worn, and returned within 60 days of purchase. Please be sure to wash on delicate and line dry. A $10 shipping deduction will be made from the refund. You can find the details in our refund policy.
Exchanges are free.
What do you do with returns?
Returns are a big source of waste in the fashion industry. Returns that we receive in like-new condition will be resold at a discounted price in a separate section of the store.
Returned items that are just in good condition will be donated to Goodwill or women's shelters in the San Diego area.

From time to time we may need to clear inventory and some of our products will go on sale, but we don't plan to have seasonal or holiday sales.

Do you have a wholesale program?
We don’t have a wholesale program yet, but would love to discuss with you if you own a boutique and think Boxjump would be a good fit.
