Exchange / Return Policy
We only want you to keep clothes you love. Wash it, wear it, test it out for real life. If you're unhappy with your purchase, return it within 60 days of the ship date.
A $10 shipping and handling fee will be deducted from the refund.
Exchanges are free. To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unaltered, with tags and in its original packaging. We'll also need proof of purchase.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items that have been hemmed, marked as "final sale", "clearance," purchased with gift cards, or custom products such as special orders or personalized items.

Requesting a return
To request a return please login to your account using the email address you used to make the purchase and initiate the return there.
Damages and product issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Size Exchanges
If what you ordered doesn't fit the way you expected we'll work with you to find the right size.
We'll cover the shipping cost for the first size exchange of a purchase but please be aware that we may not be able to cover them if a second (or more) swaps are needed.
Other Exchanges
Other exchanges will be handled as returns and all the return terms and conditions apply.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and processed your return and we will let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded (minus the $10 restocking fee) on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and it hasn't posted, please reach out to us by replying to our email.
